We do not collect payment information through this website. Payment arrangements are handled separately when you book an event.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your venue inquiries (currently by phone or email, manually)
- Evaluate availability and prepare quotes
- Improve our website and understand how visitors use it
- Protect our website from spam and abuse
Communications: Today we contact you only in response to inquiries you submit. We do not currently send automated text messages, marketing emails, or promotional campaigns.
If we introduce automated or marketing communications in the future, we will update this policy, obtain any consent required by law before sending those messages, and provide an opt-out method in every message.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate our website and business, including:
- Canyon Catering — our catering partner, when your inquiry involves catering services
- Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect our rights
These providers may only use your information to perform services on our behalf.
4. Data Retention
We retain inquiry submissions for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain business records, typically up to 3 years, unless a longer period is required by law.
Analytics data is retained according to each provider's settings (Google Analytics: 14 months).
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for:
Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we disable all analytics tracking on our site. You may also enable Do Not Track in your browser settings — our analytics tools respect this preference.
Umami is our primary analytics tool. It is 100% internal, does not use tracking cookies, and does not share data with third parties for advertising.
Third-party tracking across sites: Google Analytics and Ahrefs may collect information about your browsing activity on our site. We do not allow these providers to use your data for their own independent marketing purposes.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features (like the contact form) may not work without certain cookies.
7. Your Rights and Choices
All visitors
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of inquiry data we hold about you
- You may opt out of analytics tracking via browser settings or a GPC-enabled browser
